How Lending Works

1
Choose your collateralSelect a wrapped stock token (e.g. wNVDA) and the amount you want to lock as collateral in the Morpho Blue market.
2
Borrow USDG up to your LLTVThe Liquidation Loan-to-Value (LLTV) defines the maximum ratio you can borrow. E.g. 62.5% LLTV on $1,000 of collateral → borrow up to $625 USDG.
3
Repay or manage your positionRepay USDG at any time to recover your collateral. Interest accrues continuously at the market borrow rate, set by an adaptive curve IRM.

What is LLTV?

?
Liquidation Loan-to-ValueLLTV is the threshold at which a position becomes eligible for liquidation. If your debt grows above this fraction of your collateral value, due to price movement or interest, liquidators can repay your debt and claim your collateral at a discount.
?
Isolated marketsEach Morpho Blue market is independent. Bad debt in one market never affects another. Your collateral and borrowed amount are isolated per market, per position.
